Libby graduated with a MVA from Georgia State University and a BFA from the University of Georgia. She practices in visual arts creating figurative sculpture, reliefs, and portraits. She is an active member of National Sculpture Society, Mid-South Sculpture Alliance, International Sculpture Center, and the Georgia Clay Council.
