Roswell Arts Fund, in partnership with the City of Roswell, proudly presents FOOD IS ART, a culinary celebration taking place on June 8, 2024.

Nestled within the historic grounds and gardens of Barrington Hall (535 Barrington Drive, Roswell, GAin Downtown Roswell, this event is set to be a sensory feast for all. Experience the culinary brilliance of 12 talented chefs as they showcase their custom dishes, featuring delicacies like Cured Dusk Rillette, Smoked Tomato Gastrique, Shiny Dime Oysters, Norwegian Salmon, and more.

The lineup includes chefs from renowned Atlanta eateries and several award-winning culinary talents.

Come and discover the artistry of cuisine amidst live entertainment and engaging activities—an elevated social gathering that celebrates the passion and creativity of our esteemed chefs.

Ticket Information

Full tasting menu general admission tickets:  $120 

Includes a tasting from all featured artisans (12 dishes), unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, entertainment, games and more!    Wine, beer and cocktails available for purchase at event.

 

An important update as of June 4th:  In order to ensure the utmost success and enjoyment for everyone, we made the decision to move the event to Saturday, June 8th only, due to the increased chance of rain on Sunday, June 9th.  Our audience’s satisfaction and comfort are important to us, particularly as we embark on this inaugural event.   If you have already purchased tickets to Sunday’s event, please look for an email from Roswell Arts Fund or email becky@roswellartsfund.org.

General Information

While we love your furry friends, no pets are allowed at Food is Art. This includes emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. ONLY service animals are permitted. Service animals are defined as ones that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. Anyone bringing a service animal WILL be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury the animal causes. For more information, please refer to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Yes, children are welcome at FOOD IS ART! However, please note that there is no separate youth ticket available for the event. All tickets are priced at $120, which includes a tasting from all featured artisans (12 dishes), unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, entertainment, games, and more! Please remember, outside food or beverage is prohibited at FOOD IS ART.

If you have questions about food allergies or dietary restrictions, please email becky@roswellartsfund.org. It’s important to note that we cannot guarantee the accommodation of specific dietary requirements, including preferences and allergies but we will do our best . All requests must be received 72 hours prior to the festival.

Upon purchase of a ticket(s), the purchaser will receive a confirmation email with the receipt for the purchase and the electronic ticket from our ticketing platform, FreshTix.

Please print your tickets at home OR bring your mobile ticket to the event.

Please also bring a Photo ID with you to gain access to the event.

All tickets are non-­refundable and cannot be exchanged.

If there are tickets available, they will be available at the door. 

However, we expect this event to sell out. 

Safety

The following items are PROHIBITED.

– Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind

– Illegal and illicit substances of any kind; drugs or drug paraphernalia

– Chairs, blankets, and lawn umbrellas

– Noise making devices: air horns, drums, whistles

– Drones or any other remote flying device

– Pets (except service animals)

– Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. 

Please be responsible. There are several transportation and ride-share options if your ability to drive is impaired, including UBER, LYFT, and Safe Ride America (404) 888‐0887. Safe Ride America is a nonprofit organization and will provide transportation for free if necessary.
